The mountain bike guide from the Brixental Valley

Lena’s huge passion and her home are the mountains. She keeps fit by mountain biking in the summer and ski touring in the winter and discovers new places in the Kitzbühel Alps. On her tours she is constantly on the search for new adventures and in doing this, she discovers all the trails you could possibly imagine, in order to get closer to her personal goals. The young local resident finds mountain biking a challenge. Upwards it can be rather tiring and some carrying may be required. On the way down she looks for demanding single trails, in order to only concentrate on herself and to not think about anything else.

  • checkMy place of strength in the Kitzbühel Alps is.... the nature! In all its facets and seasons.

  • checkWhat makes my home town special.... I think the Kitzbühel Alps are so diverse, like no other mountain landscape. Sometimes soft, sometimes harsh, sometimes exhilarating. There's not one time in the year, when is there a shortage of ideas about how you can explore the outdoors.

  • checkWhat emotional connection do I have to the Kitzbühel Alps and why.... Wherever you have collected happy memories, you'll always want to come back. Just like it's nice to see and discover something new - it's also always nice to go where you feel at home.

“Home is not a place. Home is a feeling. And in the mountains I feel at home.”
