In a workshop of the finest kind with Chef de Cuisine Tamara Lerchner. Your senses will be awakened when she reveals her secret knowledge: How do you make the perfect fluffy Kaiserschmarrn? This sweet sin recipe will make you the star of any party. But be warned, once tasted, you will be the target of all those who appreciate good food and cannot resist this Austrian pastry! Now you have the chance to embark on an extraordinary journey in this workshop. Together we will prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of the fluffiest taste and enjoy this delight together. - Meeting point: Thursday 11:45 at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen.
- Registration: by 17:00 the day before at the information offices or online
- Cost: € 25.00 per person (lift ticket not included)
- Payment: at the tourist office in Brixen im Thale
- Duration: approx. 1 hour
- Participants: minimum 3 persons / from 12 years
- The workshop is held in German.

Personal Tip: Take the gondola, in Brixen im Thale, up to the mountain station and hike 10 minutes to the hut for a relaxed arrival ensures this fascinating mountain world and you can really enjoy it. Afterwards you have the possibility to walk/ride up to the Hohe Salve or by train to the Joch to finish and enjoy the day!
