CALL TO THE ENTIRE POPULATION
We warmly invite all citizens aged 18 and over to participate in our planned blood donation campaign.
T I M E: October 18, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
L O C A T I O N: Alpenrosensaal Westendorf, Sennereiweg 2
Many community members have taken advantage of the regular opportunity to donate blood, thus making a significant contribution to the blood supply of hospitals in Tyrol. Every year we need about 40,000 donations to meet the demand.
For the Red Cross, it is becoming increasingly difficult to motivate young people to voluntarily dedicate themselves to this noble cause. Please consider that you only need to spare about 20-30 minutes of your time to help one person, or perhaps even save their life.
We therefore kindly ask you to make yourself available as a blood donor on the above-mentioned date!
Please bring an official photo ID (e.g. driver's license, identity card, passport, etc.) to the event.
The blood donation service Tyrol offers you a free blood exam and gives you the opportunity to speak with a doctor. After donating blood, you will receive a laboratory report by mail, as well as an ID card with your blood type including Rh factor, which may one day save your own life.
