Idyllically situated at 1,300m, directly beside the ski slopes – within very close proximity to the gondola’s middle station (Alpenrosenbahn SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental).

Very comfortably furnished with two bedrooms with balcony, bathroom with bath and WC, extra WC, kitchen with breakfast bar, comfortable lounge with tiled oven, satellite TV and large Bio-Aroma-Sauna, sun terrace.

Our holiday house can only be reached by the gondola. From the middle station, the last 100 m must be made on foot.

Region Brixental

The three villages of Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf are worth a visit at any time of year. Winter convinces with over 500 kilometres of slopes in the two ski areas KitzSki and SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. In the summer months, countless hiking and cycling trails lead you to the most beautiful places in the region and make your heart beat faster. In spring, the meadows blossom in the most colourful colours and the quiet days invite you to recharge your batteries. Perfect conditions for all kinds of activities can be experienced in the golden autumn - lots of sun, pleasant temperatures and colourful forests make the whole Brixen valley glow. Decide for yourself which season is the most beautiful for you in the Brixental! Tip: With the guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train and discover the most beautiful places in the Kitzbühel Alps.

Arrival description

It is only possible to reach the house with the gondola / Alpenrosenbahn (as far as the middle station). From there, the last 100 m must be travelled on foot! NOT accessible by car.

Check-in: from 12:00 midday to 3:00 p.m. at the latest!

Check-out: 9:00 a.m.
