Via Ferrata on Kitzbüheler Horn
What does summit happiness mean? What perspective does a bird have when it flies over our region? How do I feel when I stand at the very top and above me is “only” the sky in tone on tone? Questions that yearn for answers. Every Thursday, there is an opportunity to stand together with the Kitzbühel mountain guides on one of the proud summits of the Wilder Kaiser … our goal is the Mitterkaiser. One of the lesser-known and less-frequently climbed summits of the Wilder Kaiser. But also one that, as the name suggests, is right in the middle and thus provides a unique panoramic view of the many peaks and points of the Wilder Kaiser. A summit experience that will be remembered for a long time.

Meeting point: Griesner Alm parking lot
Duration: approx. 5 hours
Self-contribution: € 80 per person with St. Johann Card (€ 100 without guest card). - Not included: Travel to Griesner Alm (toll road € 6), rental equipment (if needed for a fee), refreshments.

Hiking time: 6 hours / surefootedness and freedom from vertigo required.
This tour is conducted with just 1 participant. Maximum 6 participants per mountain guide.

Every registered participant will be contacted by the mountain guide by phone the evening before the tour. To ensure we always offer our guests a unique mountain experience, we reserve the right to make minor program changes and adjust the start time and meeting point according to conditions and weather. In the case of very bad weather, we are happy to offer trial courses in the climbing halls of Kitzbühel or St. Johann.
