Sunrise hike to the KRAFTalm

Early in the morning, the hike starts through the idyllic forests and meadows of Itter to the middle station of the Kleine Salve. At the pilgrimage chapel, you will experience the sunrise and can then enjoy a delicious breakfast or a hot coffee with a great view at KRAFTalm. To return to the valley, you can either comfortably take the Salvistabahn or walk back on your own.

Meeting point: Salvistabahn Itter, Alte Bundesstraße 1, 6305 Itter
Registration: by the day before 12:00 PM online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 (excl. descent and breakfast)
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 25.00 (excl. descent and breakfast)
Equipment: sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient liquid, sun protection, snack, headlamp, possibly a seat cushion
Duration: approx. 6 hours
Participants: min. 2 to max. 15
Note: the hiking trail to KRAFTalm is approx. 6 km and has an elevation gain of just over 700 m, and takes place only in good weather. Also possible as a sunset hike upon request
