Sunrise hike to the KRAFTalm

In the early morning, the hike starts through the idyllic forests and meadows of Itter to the middle station of the Kleine Salve. At the pilgrimage chapel, you will experience the sunrise and then enjoy a delicious breakfast or a hot coffee with a great view at the KRAFTalm. You can return to the valley either comfortably with the Salvistabahn or on foot at your own pace.

Meeting point: Salvistabahn Itter, Alte Bundesstraße 1, 6305 Itter
Registration: until the day before at 12:00 PM online or in the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 (excluding descent and breakfast)
Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 25.00 (excluding descent and breakfast)
Equipment: sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient liquids and sun protection, snack, headlamp, possibly seat pad
Duration: approx. 6 hours
Participants: min. 2 to max. 15
Note: the hiking trail to the KRAFTalm is approximately 6 km and has an elevation gain of slightly more than 700 meters; it takes place only in good weather. It can also be arranged as a sunset hike upon request.
