Panoramic Hike to the Hohe Salve

Today you will follow the footsteps of the KAT Walk, the long-distance hiking trail through the Kitzbühel Alps. The Salvenbahn gondola takes you up to the middle station of the Hohe Salve. Together with our hiking guide Lous, you will walk across lush alpine meadows on the sunny side of what is probably the most beautiful panoramic mountain in Tyrol, our Hohe Salve! This half-day hike requires endurance and stamina, after all you will be covering around 650 metres in altitude. Subject to change due to condition and weather.

Train: from Wörgl to Hopfgarten Berglift | dep.: 08.22 a.m. – arr.: 08.33 a.m. (free of charge with guest card)
Latest registration: by 05.00 p.m. the day before online, in the tourist information offices of the Region Hohe Salve or by phone to 0043 680 3207548
Equipment: hiking boots, sufficient water, sun protection, rainwear
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: free (lift ticket for ascent & descent not included)
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: EUR 22,00 per person (lift ticket for ascent & descent not included)
