go up, come down, arrive at yourself
Consciously enjoying tim-out on the mountain can change the way we look at our daily lives. In keeping with the maxim „the journey ist he reward“, our hike takes us through the forest, passing a waterfall, lakes and alpines pastures. We leave the daily grind behind in the valley, consciously checking in with ourselves and with every step we take, connecting with the naturla spectacles all around us and also with ourselves again. In so doing, we not only exercise our bodies, but with a few attentive exercises, we tend to our minds too, increasingly getting back to our own natural balance. At the end of the hike we will have a rucksack full of inspiration and lovely pictures that will help us remember the moment for a long time to come, one we can also unpack again in challenging times.
Duration: about 5 hours
Effort Level: 600-900 meters elevation gain and loss
Difficulty: Suitable for beginners who are comfortable on narrow trails.
Hiking guides may change the tour program at their discretion due to adverse weather conditions and/or participants’ experience levels.
Hikers who show up with inappropriate gear will not be allowed to join the tour! All guided hikes are free of charge with St. Johann Card (without guest card € 10). Any cost for taxi and mountain lifts must be paid by the participants themselves. Dogs are not allowed!

Equipment: sturdy hiking boots (no trainers!), appropriate clothing, water (!), snacks, rainwear, sun screen/sun protection, backpack and – optional – hiking poles.
