Follow the forest road in the direction of Lindtalalm and continue up to Winterstelleralm. Leave the hut, which is not open in winter, on your left and continue up to the saddle above the alp. Once there, turn left in a southerly direction. The rest of the trail leads past a beautiful bench with a view to a steeper section below the summit. At the top, you are rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view of the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge Steinberge, as well as the Kaisergebirge and Kitzbüheler Horn. The descent is roughly the same as the ascent.
Follow the signposted hiking trail north in the direction of Rechensau (shortcut possible after the forest across the meadow) and Rechensau Alm. From here there are several ascent options. One of them follows the summer trail to the left around a hump, always in a south-westerly direction. Across open terrain you reach the Schafelberg. The Kirchberg is a gentle up and down (it is not worth taking off your skins) over a ridge. The summit is reached in about 30 minutes after the Schafelberg. Descent: Follow the ridge ridge to the north (short counter ascent). At the height of an alpine cross you reach free slopes, where you have to keep to the right during the descent. At the hut, be sure to keep to the northeast (right). Descend via free slopes to the Raineralm. There take the wide path eastwards into the forest. From there you ride/push until you reach a fork, where you turn right again in the direction of St. Adolari. After the Rechensau Chapel, you rejoin the initial ascent path.
