The ski rental outlets are mostly located in the immediate vicinity of the cable cars, allowing you to head off directly into your skiing fun.

The costs for ski rental vary depending on the quality level and price category of the preferred skiing gear. Prices varying between approx. € 8/day for skis of medium quality level and approx. €30/day for a complete set with skis, helmets and poles of the highest quality class. In most ski rental outlets you can also reserve your gear directly online.

Don’t want to haul your wet skiing gear back to your accommodation? No problem, in Hopfgarten you’ll find a state-of-the-art ski depot right at the valley station of the Hohe Salve cable car. There you can store your skis or snowboard together with all of your gear after your day’s skiing. A special highlight is the eco-dry system, which dries wet ski boots and snowboard boots and even warms them up for the next morning. Save yourself any awkward stowing away in the car or ski bus and bring your winter sports gear directly to the ski depot after your day on the piste. The depot is open daily from 7:30 to 20:00. The costs for your depot spot will be charged directly to your ski pass.
