The cross-country ski trail on the sunny plateau in Itter is very popular with beginners, returning skiers and sun worshippers
The start of the cross-country ski trail is in front of Haus Barbara, opposite the Itter primary schools. Free parking is available at the Itter village square.
The easy cross-country circuit runs on open terrain with a wonderful panoramic view in the direction of the sports field and back again. After crossing the road, the trail continues to Gasthof Schusterhof and on to the Grünholz/ Mittererwies lift snack station.
From here you have the option of running on medium-difficulty terrain to the Salvista gondola valley station in Itter and on to the farm Denggenhof (Söll connection).

    • A12 motorway exit Wörgl Ost to the start of the Itter cross-country ski trail: ca. 8,5 km

      • Start on the E641 in eastern direction (6,8 km)

      • Turn off to the right into Itterer Str./Litzl

      • Continue along the road to Itter. (1,3 km)

      • Continue along the Dorfstraße/Kirchdörfel (210 m)

      • Turn off to the right to stay on the road Dorfstraße/Kirchdörfel

      Your destination, Haus Barabara/ Hofbauer Itter, is on the left side. The cross-country ski trail can be seen already from the house. Parking: village square Itter
