The mountain run is an intensive endurance sport that demands a lot of strength and discipline from the athlete. Typically, several elevation differences must be overcome before reaching the Kleine Salve in Itter as the finish.

08:00 AM - 09:30 AM - Distribution of start numbers (at the music pavilion in Itter, behind the primary school)
08:30 AM/08:45 AM/09:00 AM - Bus transport from the village square to start Simonini/Scherzerbauer
09:45 AM - Clothing drop-off for transport to the finish/Kleine Salve
10:00 AM - Start M/W U8-12, MW90 + HCMW (below Kleine Salve)
10:00 AM - Start M/W U14 + 16 & M/W 70-85 (Kleine Salve reservoir)
10:00 AM - Start M/W U18 + 20 (Simonini/Scherzerbauer)
10:00 AM - Start M/W 20-65 (village square Itter)
1:00 PM - Award ceremony for all classes at the KRAFTalm
