The farm shop in Wörgl with a lot of love for organic produce!

Our farm, which covers a total area of around 21 hectares, is located in the recreational area of the town of Wörgl. Our family runs the farm as a certified organic hay-milk farm. Our family has been running the Schwoicherbauer hereditary farm since 1783. The residential and farm buildings have been renovated in keeping with the original Tyrolean building style and adapted to meet today's agricultural requirements.
The focus of our farm is on dairy farming and the refinement of our organic hay milk. We milk about 130,000 kg of organic hay milk from our 20 cows every year, almost 100% of which is processed and marketed on the farm.
The free stall barn, which was built in 2000, impresses with its round shape. In winter, our cows have maximum free space. Through thick glass panes you can watch our cows from the farm shop and watch them eat and chew their cud. In summer, they enjoy the pastures around our farm and can freely decide outside milking times whether they go out to pasture or prefer the shade in the barn.
The heat energy supply of the farm and the cheese dairy is provided by the wood chip plant built in 2009, to which some neighbours are also connected via a local heating network and use our clean energy.
Since 2011, we have also been generating some of our own electricity with 2 PV systems.

The following products are offered in the self-service farm shop at the Schwoicherbauer farm:
Organic meat, organic eggs, organic hay milk, organic camembert, organic sliced cheese, organic mountain cheese, organic natural yoghurt, various organic fruit yoghurts, organic curd, organic curd spreads, organic fruit whey, organic farmhouse bread, organic apple juice, organic chimney sausages, organic cabanossi, organic snack sausage, organic seasonal vegetables

Meat is only available on advance order, individual cuts on slaughter dates also without reservation

Fresh bread is always baked on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Directly in the self-service shop at the Schwoicherbauer farm, 7 days a week from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m..
