With great attention to detail and a lot of dedication, the house was planned and built by the Hölzl family in 2024 and 2025. A true family project emerged, where the personal touch is felt everywhere: from handcrafted furniture to lovingly designed rooms - a piece of "Mitterer" is present in every corner. The premises are upscale yet down-to-earth. s'Mitterer invites you to feel at home.

The establishment of the holiday apartments was supported by the Tyrol region, the federal government, and the European Union.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. Be it spring, summer, autumn or winter – in the Kitzbüheler Alpen you find boundless possibilities for leisure time activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, winter rambling, cycling, hiking, swimming, and many others.
