The spacious, sophisticated “Komfort Chalet am Wilden Kaiser” sleeps 6 persons in an appealing, traditional ambience.
Apart from 2 original tiled stoves and a modern spa area with sauna and jacuzzi, the highlight of the chalet is a personal and unique oasis of relaxation, a private salt grotto.
“Komfort Chalet” is situated in the small village of Itter amidst the skiing and hiking area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. The base terminal of the Salvista gondola, your entrance to the huge ski area (280km of pistes), is only 950m from the house. The ski bus stop is 200 m from the house, the next restaurant about 500m. Various cross-country ski trails can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
“Komfort Chalet” is surrounded by a large garden. In summer,you can have a barbecue there, relax and enjoy the alpine setting around you. The garage for one car also provides a ski boot dryer, ski storage and access to the chalet. There is one extra parking space in front of the house as well.
Be it summer or winter, the chalet is the perfect base for all sorts of activities in the region. In winter, you ski down the countless ski pistes of the near SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental or discover the alpine winter landscape on numerous winter hiking trails.
In summer, diversity is ensured by various mountain-bike and hiking routes, a bathing lake with a summer toboggan run and a huge playground as well as the public open-air swimming pool in Itter. The cities of Salzburg and Innsbruck as well as the dreamy Kitzbühel are always worth a visit.
