The Kulmer Guesthouse is beautifully nestled in the center. Various inns, restaurants, and bars in direct proximity take care of your culinary needs. Supermarkets, a bakery, other shops, doctors, and a pharmacy are also within walking distance. The valley station of the Salvenbahn is just a 5-minute walk from our house. From here, you can easily access the mountain world of the ski and hiking region Wilder Kaiser - Brixental with approximately 280 interconnected kilometers of slopes and extensive hiking opportunities.
We are also perfectly reachable for travelers by train, so you can completely do without your car while staying with us. In winter, our private ski cellar or a ski depot at the valley station is available for you.

Region Hohe Salve

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen.
