Our house is located right in the center of Kelchsau, an idyllic side valley of Hopfgarten in Brixental, nestled in the impressive mountain world of the Kitzbühel Alps. In winter, especially families and beginners benefit from the proximity to leisure activities: directly opposite the house, there is a small practice slope with a magic carpet, ideal for children and first skiing experiences. For cross-country skiers, the trail entrance is just behind the house, so you can start directly onto the well-prepared cross-country trails without detours.
Larger winter sports adventures await you just a few minutes away: The extensive ski and hiking area Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, one of the largest and most versatile ski resorts in Austria, can be reached in just a few minutes by car or conveniently by ski bus.
In summer, the location impresses with its versatility: Numerous hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to actively discover the alpine landscape off the beaten track or simply enjoy the silence of the mountains.
