The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. In case of cancellation the deposit will be withheld as part of the cancellation fee. The landlord assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables left in the generally accessible premises.

Winter prices include:
taxes, electricity, bedding, towels, tea towels, cot with bedding and toddler's equipment, in the morning delivery of fresh baked goods and farm produce such as various types of bread, organic milk, eggs, jam and much more.(we charge cost price), heated ski storage and ski boot dryer (accessible indoors from both houses). Washing facility, big and new chilsren's playroom, free Wi-Fi, free parking by the house, free rental of sledges, deckchairs, and much more. Small present for each child. At Christmas: Christmas tree with lights and decoration.

Summer prices include:
