Are you looking for peace, nature and recreation? If so, you should stay with us! Slightly away from the village centre there is our lovely farmhouse. Your holiday flat is on the second floor. The cosy apartment has been furnished in the typical regional style and sleeps up to 4 persons. Be it summer or winter, there are numerous activities to get started right from the doorstep. Enjoy the luxury of home-made and home-grown, fresh produce right from the farm! During the peak season in winter we also offer a delivery service of morning rolls. The farm is surrounded by a large garden. From the sunny terrace you enjoy a marvellous view of the Kitzbühel Alps. The free ski bus, which stops right in front of our house, takes you directly to the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental.

The region Hohe Salve in the Kitzbüheler Alpen hosts one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in the world, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, where skiing holidays in winter are packed with fun and action. In summer, the hiking area in and around Hopfgarten im Brixental extends from the Adlerweg trail on Buchacker mountain via the adventure mountain Hohe Salve to the Torhelm, the highest peak in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. It consists of two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, etc.) and a cozy living area with a large dining table. A children's bed is available upon request at any time. In total, 70 sqm as well as a balcony with a great view of the Kitzbühel Alps invite you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the holiday apartment Anna Maria. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. 2 parking spaces are available for the holiday apartment Anna Maria. You are also welcome to charge your electric or hybrid cars with us. The costs for charging depend on consumption and will be listed on a separate invoice.
