Via Ferrata tocht Kitzbüheler Horn

The straightest way along the rugged northern side to the top of Kitzbüheler Horn. This Via Ferrata offers grippy rock, steep climbs, exposed ridges and marvelous views. The tour is accompanied by a certified mountain guide to ensure you have a safe and fun Via Ferrata experience. Your guide will also teach you everything you need to know about Via Ferrata equipment and the right rope technique. Small groups allow for personalized attention and tailored instruction. We take the gondola to Harschbichl (please note: lift ticket is NOT included in the price!) from where it’s only a short walk to the entry of the Via Ferrata. We ascend the Via Ferrata to the peak where we enjoy magnificent views of the Wilder Kaiser range and the Kitzbüheler Alps all the way to the Hohe Tauern. This 4-hour tour is suitable for sporty hikers who are sure-footed and have a good head for heights. Participation possible for children aged 8 and over.

Difficulty: ##### For experienced hikers who enjoy heights and drop offs. Hikes include easy but possibly strenuous climbing passages that use cables to hold on to. Sure-footedness and a good head
for heights are a must.

Every registered participant will be contacted by telephone by the mountain guide the evening before the tour. To ensure that we can always offer our guests a unique mountain experience, we reserve the right to make small changes to the programme and to adjust the starting time and meeting point according to the conditions and weather. If the weather is really bad, we are happy to offer taster courses in the Kitzbühel or St. Johann climbing halls.
