The multi-award winning cheesemakers at Wilder Käser produce delicious artisan cheeses, including the “Kleiner Stinker” (Little Stinker), a hearty Tirolean soft cheese, and “Großer Stinker” (Big Stinker), a mild-tasting Camembert-type cheese. Visit the Wilder Käser at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser to learn about the cheesemaking process and sample some of Tirol’s finest handcrafted artisan cheeses in a 500-year old farmhouse.
