Delusion, if not now, is the perfect time for small miracles and big laughs? For example, when multi-talented TRICKY NIKI ponders whether an erotic navigation system will sooner or later lead the male ego into a dead end. Or the world's biggest card trick. Even if he seems "big-headed" in a hypnotic way, he is always looking for a modest 10 centimeters that he is missing. In "MEGALOMANIA", the great cabaret artist ironically confronts his lack of growth spurt megalomaniacal excesses of today and the most important questions of humanity.
TRICKY NIKI's entertaining henchmen are also part of the party: a frivolous dragon Emil, who wants to live on a big foot, is just missing his right hand. A befuddled Justin Biber wants to make it big for Niki. With sloth Diego at the latest, it slowly becomes clear that there won't be a dry eye here if it continues at this pace. And monkey Luigi knocks everyone off their feet in the end anyway. The only question now is who is taking whom on their sleeve.
With its unique mix of ventriloquism at the highest level, great magic and insane punchlines, TRICKY NIKI takes entertainment to a new level. Every gag is right here – and the audience is still at eye level even when seated. It would be presumptuous to claim that "MEGALOMANIA" is the greatest show of the universe and all the surrounding galaxies. But more than 10cm is probably not missing here either. Because TRICKY NIKI is neither big nor well-behaved – but always great.
