How it works
It’s actually quite simple: once you’ve completed the pre-check-in form at your booked accommodation, provided you’ve provided your personal email address, you’ll be granted access to PIA – your personal digital companion in the Pillerseetal – 14 days before your trip begins. Register just once and you’ll have access to your very own user account in no time at all.
If you have applied for PIA via the Pillerseetal Tourist Board website, the guest card will be visible in PIA from the day of your arrival.
If you are travelling by bus or train, please contact your booked accommodation in advance so that the guest card for your journey by public transport can be made available to you in PIA in good time.
From that moment on, PIA is available to you round the clock: this means you can browse the region’s full range of offerings well in advance, plan your activities and book special experiences directly. And as PIA recognises your digital guest card, it also serves as your ticket for local public transport and, of course, covers the entire range of transport options in and around the Pillerseetal
