Accommodation information

The appartment is located in the first floor of an multi-family house and is directed to south and east. The entrance to the appartment is located inside of the house. The approach from the main street is in winter as in summer easily accessable. One large parking place is also suited for travelvans until 3.5 tons. The (Regio)bus-station can be reached within abbout 3 minutes and the bus is free of charge (with your guestcard). By car you can reach the largest skiing area of Austria,"Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglem-Leogang-Fieberbrunn" in about 8 minutes, the skiing area "Buchensteinwand" within 6 minutes. A hiking trail to the "Buchensteinwand" with the "Jakobskreuz" starts right at our house. Also directly from the bus station heading south, hiking trails lead you to the "Spielberghorn" and "Hörndlingergraben (Schreiender Brunnen)". The free Internet access is possible via V-Lan as well as W-Lan and LAN in the living room and in the kitchen.

The living room offers a width double-bed, two high-quality expandable single chairs with headrest (reclining area 80 x 190), one writing desk with an about 1 meter width TV, one round table with 4 chairs, one cupboard and one width commode. The wardrobe is located in the floor between living room and kitchen. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, dishwasher, 120 liter freezer, fume hood as well a high-quality microwave and a dining table for 4 persons. The bathroom has one single basin and an width shower and can be reached from the kitchen. The balcony is directed south.

Check-in from 15h00, check-out until 10h00 On the road B164 coming from Fieberbrunn you pass Pfaffenschwendt and in Hochfilzen you turn left to Mühlgasse after the first 50km-road sign. Coming from Hochfilzen on the road B164 turn right to Mühlgasse right after the bus-stop "Feistenau". In the Mühlgasse you go to the end of the gravel road after the second house on the left side.
