This new built house is in quiet and sunny position in the local border of St. Ulrich am Pillersee. The village centre is only 300, the beautiful Pillersee 600 meters away. The big garden and the sunroof are accessible from every room in the ground floor. Sunloungers, garden pieces of furniture, a marquee and a big grill are available there. The skiing areas of Fieberbrunn, Buchensteinwand and Waidringer Steinplatte are comfortable to reach with the free ski bus. The stop is only 100 meters from the holiday house. On numerous beautiful cross-country trails, prepared winter footpaths or on the illuminated toboggan runs one can also enjoy the delightfully snow-covered winter landscape. Hochfilzen is a station of the annual " Biathlon World Cup", Fieberbrunn is every year stop ot thely the Freeride World trip Big Mountain.
