A vacation where you don't have to do anything, but you can do everything. Spacious 2-person apartments with a ceiling height of 2.8 meters, fully equipped, with underfloor heating, barrier-reduced - designed for individualists, couples, friends, and connoisseurs who want to indulge in ample space during their vacation. You have the freedom to self-cater or let yourself be served typical local or international dishes in restaurants.

Our house has 8 holiday apartments and is located exactly between the town center and the Fieberbrunn cable cars.

If you love hiking, mountain air, and sunsets – our house is surrounded by the mountain world of the Kitzbühel Alps and offers various excursion and hiking opportunities. Bikers will find their joy in the "Bike Area Streuböden."

In winter, the cable car takes you directly to the ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. With 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 lifts, and 60 ski huts, the motto of Fieberbrunn is "Home of Lässig."

I saw the mountain panorama of Fieberbrunn on the first day of my life. However, I only really noticed it after living in Vienna for 15 years. All the more I now appreciate the splendor of nature and the silence of the mountains.
Long walks in winter and early morning hikes in the mountains in summer give strength for challenging times and clear my head. Reading, learning and loving what you do is very important to me.

Christoph:

Born in Vienna, but "half a Fieberbrunner" due to family roots – this circumstance led me to Fieberbrunn whenever possible from birth. I, too, discovered this region as a vacationer, so to speak. School, university, and work kept me in Vienna for a long time until I moved with Elisabeth to her hometown in 2008.

As a guest of our house, you have free access to the cross-country ski trails, the indoor pool, and the sauna village at Aubad Fieberbrunn (www.aubad.at). During the summer season, free use is available for the Lauchsee.
