Experience e-bike tours
Yoga is much more than just physical exercises on the mat - it is everything we do consciously. No matter the age or fitness level. Each yoga session is different but always involves a lot of sensing, breathing exercises, and simple asanas. The focus is on the needs of the participants. The stunning view of the surrounding mountain world is an added bonus! Everyone aged 12 and over can join.
Meeting point: Reception Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter
Note: the access road to the hotel is only possible with the Salvistabahn, NO car traffic allowed!
Registration: until the day before at 4:00 p.m. online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region
Equipment: comfortable sports clothing (yoga mats will be provided)
Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 10.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down)
Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen guest card: € 20.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down)
Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (incl. gondola ride up/down, round trip to the yoga spot, 1 hr. yoga)
Participants: min. 1 to max. 10
