Gentle Yoga is a quiet form of yoga. We spend a lot of time on the mat sitting, kneeling and lying down, taking time to hold each pose a little longer. Intensive stretching of the entire musculoskeletal system, strengthening mainly of the torso, mobilisation of the large joints such as shoulders, hips, spine. The class always begins with short breathing exercises and ends with a relaxation phase. Also suitable for beginners, athletes in rehab or with muscle/joint problems.
