Mindful Wandelen - Mijn Yapadu Impuls

Together we enjoy a time-out on the mountain and end the day after a mindful hike at one of the most beautiful places in the St. Johann in Tirol region.

We hike past the "Samerbadl" in the direction of the Eifersbach waterfall and leave everyday life behind in the valley, consciously checking in with ourselves and enjoying the wonderful nature around us step by step. We move gently to find our natural balance.

Arriving at the Hornblicksee, we enjoy the wonderful far-reaching view, the distance into the valley and fortify ourselves with a small picnic prepared by us. With a rucksack full of new impressions and beautiful memories, we start the summer of 2022 with a mindful impulse or two.

Equipment: suitable clothing, drinks, rain jacket, sun protection, rucksack, possibly walking sticks.
