We take the Harschbichl cable car to the Harschbichl mountain station. From there it continues south, along the steep, exposed path through the summit rocks of the Kitzbüheler Horn to the Horngipfel at 1,990m. Having reached the summit, the descent begins to the east along the narrow ridge towards Hoferschneid. Here, surefootedness is required, even if the unique view of the surrounding mountain world is still very tempting. Continue back to the Harschbichl mountain station and take the cable car back down to the valley.
