Everyone knows it – everyone loves it, “Kaiserschmarrn”, the n°1 Austrian dessert. In order to make sure that it is a treat to your palate when you prepare it yourself you can participate in a cooking workshop with Tamara Lechner, chef of the restaurant zeitlos. Apart from tips and tricks about how to make this delicious, fluffy sweet there will be also time for a tasting. With cranberry jam, applesauce, with or without raisins or maybe even with some stewed plums?! PS: The Kaiserschmarrn workshop is suited for guys too.
