Situated in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, in the Kurzer Grund valley in Kelchsau, there is our dairy which has been run by our family for many generations. According to old recipes and tradition we make our genuine products – a rarity which is outstanding in taste and quality.The whole milk is getting processed into cheese, butter, curd and yogurt.
Take in the fantastic view from our terrace while tucking into a hearty snack and grab the chance to purchase home-made produce. We also participate in the campaign “Breakfast on the Mountain” and after prior reservation you can start your day with a delicious alpine breakfast which includes various cheeses, bacon, butter, spreads, jam, home-made bread, scrambled eggs with bacon, a glass of fruit whey, coffee or tea.
You reach us on foot, by bike, car or by bus (groups have to be booked in advance) – note: toll road!
Monday to Friday we offer guided tours of our dairy – please make an appointment!
