Recipe for Pressed Dumplings
Tyrolean cheese dumplings are very popular in the alpine lodges and at the annual dumpling festival in St. Johann in Tyrol. It's so simple for you to have a go at cooking this delicious, flavoursome Tyrolean speciality dish yourself. But take note - after you've made your cheese dumplings, leave them to cool on a wire rack, so they don't stick together!
