The trail starts at the Koasastadion and leads via Broatleitn to Schwentling, continuing uphill via Gasteig and Stall to Rummlerhof. There turn right and run through the Windwehen moor into the forest down to the Granderhöfe farms. Here take the right cross-country trail, past the Römerhof. An easy descent follows until you reach the fork of the Goinger Loipe. There keep left in the direction of Granderhöfe. Shortly before it turn right and in a loop over the Granderkrien you get back over the Granderhöfe to the Rummlerhof. From here the way back runs along the same route.
The trail is prepared for skaters and classic skiers and is divided into four segments:

- Coming from Kitzbühel via the B161 to St. Johann in Tirol, enter the second roundabout and leave it at the third exit ‘Koasastadion’.
Coming from Kirchdorf/Waidring via the B178, turn right to the Koasastadion in Salzburger Straße.
