Yoga and Qigong: Daily practice in a warm, lovingly designed yoga room. We start the day with energising yoga and qigong sessions and end it with calming pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.

Yoga philosophy & Ayurveda: Dive deeper into the world of yoga. In our workshops, you will learn more about the philosophy of yoga and the wisdom of Ayurvedic nutrition.

Shared experiences: Look forward to a special highlight - a torch-lit walk through the snowy winter landscape, followed by cosy chats by the fireplace.
