Qigong and Meditation with Claudia Salcher! Together with our speaker Mag. Claudia Salcher (sports scientist and Qigong & meditation teacher) we learn exercises that bring us to calmness and relaxation and to our centre ... and ultimately to ourselves and to a state called quiet happiness. After a guided breath relaxation exercise to arrive, we activate our meridian flow with the help of small exercises from Qigong.
The thoughts become freer in the process. The exercises serve to cultivate our health and life. In simple terms, Qigong is about working with one's own body energy to harmonise and strengthen it and to balance imbalances and maintain or restore health. The moving exercises are complemented by relaxation while sitting or lying down. The aim of this "My Yapadu" impulse is to be in the HERE and NOW and to make quiet happiness perceptible. The exercises are done quietly and meditatively. No previous experience is necessary.
*The event takes place in all weathers. In good weather we are outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with all our senses. In case of bad weather we will be in the Penzinghof and use the opportunity for an additional moving meditation.
