Berge in Flammen

Discover how the popular Japanese practice of forest bathing, or shinrin yoky, can improve your health. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the fresh, clean air — these things give us a sense of well-being. Being in nature can restore our mood, give us back our energy, refresh and revitalize us. Forest bathing is not an exercise. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through all our senses of, and enjoying the calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits. Dunja combines leisurely walks on gentle paths under forest canopy with guided activities to help you open your senses and experience the forest as you never have before.
