Event information

Starting at the tourist office, we walk through town towards Samerbadl. The hike leads through a forest up to Eifersbacher Waterfall, which cascades down over 30 meters. The trail then becomes a bit steeper for a short distance before reaching the first lake where we enjoy magnificent views of
Loferer Steinberge. We continue past Dechant Alm to Pointenhof and on to Lake Schlosserberg-See which offers superb views of the rugged Wilder Kaiser range. After a short uphill we reach the hike’s last lake, Bergsee at the mid terminal. On the way down we walk past Bassgeigeralm, Alpengasthof Hirschberg and Hochfeldalm. If you are tired or have bad knees, you can take the gondola back down.
