“Ms. Doctor” – just the name sounds so much like the 90s that some are happy and loudly chant “Everything was better back then”! And probably that’s true, at least when it comes to “SKA PUNK SOUL.” Ms. Doctor is definitely authentic, and has been for 30 years.

The band has played not only clubs, festivals, and street parties – they have always been where ska could be more than just decoration. Concerts at demos, cultural festivals with backbone, actions with opinion and music.

This is not a service, this is an invitation. To dance, to think, to be together. Ska for them is not a historical quote – but a living form of protest. With a sense of rhythm. And trumpet.

Solid bum-zack Rotown ska, garnished with driving saxophones and funky basslines. The whole thing is cohesive with lyrics from real life, full of depth and humor.
