Moor & more - adventure world for children
Moor & More in St. Johann in Tirol is a real paradise for children. A spacious play area, stations with engaging questions and hand-on activities, as well as the moor landscape are what make this adventure world. Start by investigating the moor ground area and observe the different subsurfaces. You'll learn more about the inhabitants of moor landscapes, starting with the dragonflies, moving on to the spiders, beetles and the yellow-bellied toad, which you can watch live in its habitat. Who knows, you might even see an amphibian or some of the other moor inhabitants making their way home to the moor. A very special, wonderful landscape awaits and Törfchen and Rocky will tell you exactly what you'll see and discover.
Two play stations have to rebuilt until next year:
- Törfchen Loop: Tree House with Moorlandview
- Rocky Loop: Spiderweb
A surprise awaits ... get the brochure ‘Moor & more adventure world’ from the Kitzbüheler Alpen St. Johann in Tirol tourist office or from the tourist association in the Wilder Kaiser in Going. At the end of the hike, and when every square of one loop is punched out on the brochure, young moorland explorers can pick up a small surprise gift at the tourist offices St. Johann in Tirol or Going. Get going! Investigate the moor area and discover the secrets of this almost forgotten landscape and the surrounding area.
