Horn panorama circuit on the Kitzbüheler Horn

Enjoy the perfect view to the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Alpen on the Horn panorama circuit. An appealing panorama hiking trail has been set up on the Kitzbüheler Horn, where you get to hike on the border, amidst alpine pastures and cliffs. On the route you'll come across breath-taking view points and stations which tempt you to stay for a while.
Starting point for the tour is the Harschbichl (1604m) mountain station where you are taken up in the gondola. Keep heading south here and then, via a steep path through the rocks on the cliffs at the Kitzbüheler Horns to the Horngipfel (1990m). Having reached the summit, to the east of the summit there is now a descent on a narrow ridge heading to Hoferschneid. Surefootedness is the order of the day here, even if the unique view to the surrounding mountains is so enticing. Continue to the Huberalm. When the path branches off to the Huberalm, keep to the left of the path, which will take you back to the Harschbichl mountain station.
