Seventeen festival caterers serve 26,000 dumplings, in over twenty different varieties, on the longest dumpling table in the world - measuring 300m in length. Five music groups provide a fantastic atmosphere and great entertainment.

For over thirty years the St. Johann people have been dressing the longest dumpling table in the world. Speckbacherstraße in St. Johann becomes a giant "open-air restaurant", enveloped in the aroma of pressed dumplings and cheese dumplings, as well as spinach, bacon and bread dumplings, along with yeast and apricot dumplings. The traditional dumpling festival is THE delicious highlight of St. Johann’s alpine festival week and one of the most in demand culinary events in Tirol.
