Walking distance to the centre of the village is 15 minutes, to the next supermarkets 3 minutes. Many sports activities can start directly at house - such as jogging, hiking, biking and Nordic skiing. Golfing and alpine skiing are available in 10-15 minutes by car: To 4 top ski resorts, including Kitzbuehel, you get in 10-20 minutes by car. The traditional, wooden roof and the large window side of the room create a comfortable atmosphere inviting you to relax after an active, eventful holiday. At daytimes, the large double bed is easily rolled into a niche of the roof so that there's a lot of space in the living room.

Our guests have free access to the local swimming pool "Panorama Badewelt" as well as to the tennis courts in Sankt Johann.
