No matter if a quick side trip after skiing or when winter hiking in the winter scenery covered in fresh snow - Triassic Park is worth a visit even in winter! Via the winter hiking trail lined with dinos, you can easily get to the viewing platform, panorama shell and the stalactite caves within a few minutes walk. Between the walls of snow you keep coming across snowy dinosaurs, who hibernate at this time of year. The large and publicly accessible winter playground in the Triassic Park at the childcare centre in the middle of the snow paradise on the Steinplatte also invites you to linger. And those who still want to conquer the Triassic Park on skis, can do so on the Triassic Funline with a mogul training run, banked curves and tunnel - great fun for schussboomers young and old!

Spectacular downward views...
VIEWING PLATFORM The viewing platform provides spectacular downward views and great vistas of the wintry alpine world even in winter. The platform is easily accessible from the mountain station via the winter hiking trail. With some luck you can discover one of the life-size dinosaurs in the deep snow - so keep your eyes peeled!
LIMESTONE CAVE The limestone cave is worth a visit not just in summer. The cave can be easily reached on foot even in the snow-covered winter scenery on the optimally ploughed winter hiking trail. Numerous stalactites and stalagmites can be marvelled at in the cave. And you can also find plenty of interesting facts about the formation of these stalactites.
PANORAMA SHELL The Panorama Shell is a relaxation area in the shape of a shell and offers a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape, such as the Wilder Kaiser or the Kitzbühler Horn. Constructed from larch wood, the Panorama Shell promises a relaxing experience for visitors of all ages - a nature cinema experience to remember. In winter, our Panorama Shell is only open to a limited extent depending on snow conditions.
...and divine views
WINTER HIKING TRAIL On Steinplatte you can do more than just skiing in winter. Those who want to enjoy a break from skiing or just simply enjoy the wonderful view, have come to the right place on the new winter hiking trail. On about 1 km length, the trail leads from the mountain station along the viewing platform all the way to the limestone cave and back again. With sturdy footwear, the trail can be easily walked by everyone. And off the trail you also keep coming across snowy dinosaurs. Aren’t they freezing beneath that snow cover?
TRIASSIC FUNLINE Schussboomers watch out! The Triassic Funline with a tunnel, children’s slalom and mogul training run is great fun not just for little skiers. The motley snow-elements and banked curves are great fun for young and old.
CHILDCARE WITH HUBSI AND IRENE Hubsi and Irene offer fun and games away from the piste at the Triassic childcare centre. While the older siblings make the Triassic Funline unsafe and the parents explore the Steinplatte ski area, the little ones can romp around in the snow or do handicrafts and play in the indoor area. Childcare can be booked for half days, full days and by the hour. The indoor area is also accessible as a mum/dad lounge. The outdoor area is a great winter playground open to the public for everyone.
