What is Waldbaden, Shinrin Yoku, really? It means, translated, "immersion in the atmosphere of the forest." It means to stay consciously in the forest in order to recover and to strengthen one's health. We walk through the forest, listen and look and perceive the forest and ourselves more consciously. Through various exercises we strengthen and relax.
What do you need? Leisure clothing for the forest, adapted to the temperatures. Duration: The walk is about 3 km long and will take about 2 hours. Meeting point: 4pm parking Gasthof Oberweißbach in Waidring. Registration: until Monday, 12 o´clock in one of the tourist offices in the PillerseeTal, no minimum of participants. The hiking trip is for free if you have the guest card of the Kitzbühel Alps area (€ 19,-/person without guest card). Maximum number of participants: 12
