Standing, sitting and moving on a board in the middle of the lake - that sounds difficult? Don't worry, the boards are really stable and already during the first course you will be convinced that SUP yoga is simply fun. Yoga on the board brings strength, balance and flexibility. Both your senses and your deep muscles are addressed, and more so than on the mat in the studio!
