The 70m2 ‘Lauchsee’ holiday flat with magnificent views is located on the ground floor of a private house with direct access to the garden and uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. It has its own entrance and consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom, a spacious living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, WC and bathroom for 4 people. If required, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be made available. A real highlight of this south-west-facing flat is the outdoor area. The terrace is covered and has heating. The large lawn invites you to sunbathe or play a game of badminton. The flat also has a bike shed and a car parking space.
