Beginning from the start and finish line (indoor swimming pool) the track leads over flat meadows to the first crossing point "Neuwieben" (keep right at the gravel pit), first across a slightly rising meadow section to the district of Au (foal farm). From here you can take the same track, slightly sloping, back to the starting point (indoor pool).

From the start and finish (indoor pool), just like Track 12 to the district of Au (foal farm) and straight on over Schwendt to Rossau (sign). From there right via Flecken (sign) back to the starting point (indoor pool). At the first sign - take the left fork to Hochfilzen. At the second sign - turnoff to St. Jakob.

At the first sign - left turnoff to Hochfilzen. At the second sign - left turnoff to St. Jakob.

From the access point in Schwendt, you ski into the quarter of Flecken and then back to Schwendt. The race circuit is homologated by FIS and som portions are only recommended for experienced cross-country skiers.
