Guided hike: Treasure at the Wilder Kaiser

A popular hiking destination offers spectacular views of the Wilder Kaiser’s northern rock walls. On our hike through the nature reserve to Ranggenalm, the Kaiser massif is our constant companion, and we really get to enjoy the beautiful views throughout the hike. At “Vordere Ranggenalm” they still produce cheese in traditional style, and binoculars will allow you to see chamois in their natural habitat. At “Latschenbrennerei” you will learn how oil is extracted from mountain pines. Loaner binoculars are available for use during the hike.

Walking time: 4 h

450 m elevation gain
