Brixental Valley is one of the first valleys after the German-Austrian border of Kufstein / Kiefersfelden. Gentle, extensive grassy mountains of between 800m and 2440m altitude shape the landscape. There are no narrow dams, twisty serpentines or steep mountain passes on the route to the holiday region. For that reason travel to Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg and Westendorf is possible easy and straightforward.

It only takes around half an hour in your own car from the border crossing area to get to one of the best known and biggest ski and hiking areas. The links to the motorway and state road network is ideal. In spite of that, the three towns are situated away from any through traffic.
